If a project requires further investment or if extra work is going to cost more, we will discuss this with you before any further monies are committed. We will respond to your queries as quickly and efficiently as possible, as well an ensuring that clients are regularly informed on their project’s key milestones. We will make sure our client briefs and business proposals are developed and shared as quickly as possible and within agreed timescales.


Measuring against targets

We understand the importance evaluation has in the PR industry. How can you know if a campaign has been a success, if it hasn’t been measured? You need to know that the money you are spending on our services is providing you with a return on your investment.

We will ensure that our work is measured against targets and objectives agreed with you at the start. You will also receive an evaluation report on your project within 14 working days of completion, where appropriate.
