A Newcastle based Chartered Surveyors has doubled in size and expanded its portfolio.
Lowe and Elliott located on King Street now offer an agency approach – advertising, selling and letting commercial property.

At the start of the pandemic last year, they mainly focussed on consultancy work and carrying out commercial and residential valuations. Now thanks to the appointment of two new members of staff they’re growing the commercial side of the business by setting up a Commercial Management section as well as offering Agency services.
The company was originally set up by Ian Lowe as Lowe Surveyors in 2017. Rob Elliott joined the team as a Director in 2019 and the business rebranded as Lowe and Elliott.
Chartered Surveyor Matt Mills and Zoe Challinor, a Commercial Property Manager have now joined the team to support their growing number of clients across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire.
Their clients include Crewe Hall, the Barracks in Newcastle, Aspire Housing and the Hanley Economic Building Society.
Over the next twelve months they’re looking to bring in another full-time Agency Surveyor to support their continued growth.

Ian said: “We are delighted to have welcomed Matt and Zoe to the team. We know their skills and experience are really going to help us grow the commercial side of the business. We already manage around 15 office suites for our clients, including the Quadrangle offices at Crewe Hall and are adding to our portfolio all the time.
“We offer a personal service to all our clients and pay real attention to detail. We’re small enough to really care and large enough to give our clients exactly what they need whether they’re a residential or commercial client. They place their valuable buildings into our hands to look after and trust us to deliver which we take very seriously.
He added: “We feel very lucky to have been able to create jobs and expand in what has been a very tough year for so many businesses. We are looking forward to growing the business, bringing in new clients and being able to create more jobs further down the line.”
