Wahoo – it’s no April Fool – we are four today! How did that happen? It doesn’t seem five minutes since we were signing off our branding and launching the website.
We’re not going to lie – this time last year we were worried about what was going to happen as we were plunged into lockdown.
We needn’t have though – our clients supported us, we took time out to rethink how we were going to do things and have definitely come out stronger as a result, with more clients on the books and now offering more services.
Zoom, Teams and Facetime have meant we’ve still been able to see clients, meet new people all over the world and attract new clients from different parts of the country. Although we are looking forward to actually seeing people in person!
At the start of 2020, our biggest focus was to deliver more face-to-face Media and Crisis Communication Training, obviously that went out of the window.
What lockdown did though was speed up what we’d got planned further down the line anyway. As a result, we wrote and launched a series of virtual training sessions which we’ve delivered to people all over the world.
It’s meant Legs PR now has global clients as well as nationally which we’re delighted about.
In the first lockdown we saw clients cancel work because understandably they were worried about cashflow and their own work coming in, but they came back once things stabilised.
Already this year we’ve seen the businesses we work with prioritise their PR and Marketing because they can see the value that being proactive can bring not just from a raising their profile perspective but by helping them bring in new leads too.

This next year, we’re looking forward to looking after our existing clients and supporting them with all their PR, comms and media training needs, bringing in new clients, as well as finally being able to train people face to face.
So, as we head into our 4th year of trading, we want to say a HUGE thank you to all our clients for putting their trust in us to deliver as well as to all our suppliers and our growing team of trusted associates. You really do rock.
